1. Subscription-Based Services

If you purchased a subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable.

2. One-Time Purchases

Refunds for one-time purchases (e.g., license keys or software add-ons) must be requested within 48 hoursof purchase. After that window, all sales are final.
